Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as an adjoining property owner ,
of Mr. J. E. Hall by Mr. Newell Welch application for VA-77-08
to request the Board of Zoning Appeals grant a variance to relieve him of the
150 ft. setback as required by Section 18-3-1, Scenic Highway Designation, of
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance
located on the south side of Rt. 250 West approx. z mile east of Yancey Mills.
Public hearings will be held on this application by the Board
of Zoning Appeals on March 8, 1977 at 3 : 00 p .m. , in the
Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, County Office Building , Charlottes-
ville , Virginia.
