STAFF REPORT VA-77-09 Brubaker Construction Company Tax Map: 32E, Parcel 25 Zoning: R-1 Existing Use: Single Family Dwelling Existing Activity This lot is located in Camelot Subdivision which is off of Route 29 North. All single family dwellings are located within this subdivision. Proposed Vaiance Applicant requests a variance of 3 feet from the required 30 foot setback under section 4-3 of the Albemarle County Zoning and a variance of one (1) foot from the 35 foot rear yard requirement under Section 4-5-2 of the Zon- ing Ordinance. Zoning Ordinance Requirements The Zoning Ordinance requires under Section 4-3 that all structures be located 30 feet or more from any street right-of-way and under Section 4-5-2 it is requires that each structure have a rear yard of 35 feet or more.
