This letter is to notify you, as an adjoining property owner,

of Mr. & Mrs. Ferdinanel Bazin, Cont. Pur. application for VA-77-19
to request the Board of Zoning Appeals grant a variance of 121 feet from Section
18-3-1, Scenic Highway, of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for restoration and
an addtion to a single-family dwelling
located on south side of Route 250 West, at intersection with Rute 797.
Public hearings will be held on this application by the Board
of Zoning Appeals on April 13, 1977 at 4 : 00 p .m. , in the
County Executive's Conference Room, County Office Building , Charlottes-
ville, Virginia .
