Pursuant to the County Attorney's office opinion of April 21, 1977,
(Reference ACPZ #76-297) , a variance on your property is not required
unless you expand the structure. Therefore, you are reimbursed twenty
dollars ($20.00) made on your application. Moreover, you may restore
the structure but must do so at your own risk until your special use
permit for a single family dwelling is approved.
