VARIANCE
The applicant seeks a variance from the required 75 foot setback in an A-1
zone to erect a free standing sign for identification.
ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT
Section 2-3 requires a fron setback of 75' of all structures.
STAFF COMMENTS ( Zoning adn Planning )
Unless the applicant can show a true hardship, the staff recommends non-
approved of the variance. The Elks club as a Civic Organization with
established memtvers would not need a sign to attact the traveling public.

future widening of road. No advertising to be contained on sign.
