It is a requirement of the Plan Unit Development final site plan of

a minimum of 10 acres. The applicant requests a va ,i:r .aice from this section
because his PUD is develop" in phases and the area where he wishes to -_---'-
place only his office. T1lsloffice will be the only proposed main structure
at this time. The applicant✓✓ wishes not to submit a 10 acre site development
plan at this time because he does not have any plans to develop the area and
is merely locating his office in the area. This office site is in compliance
with his master site plan. ThP hardship claimed is that plans are not
available for development and yet the office site is needed.
STAFF COMMENT
The Staff recommends approval. The staff wishes to put the applicant on notice
that the variance does not allow the applicant to record the location of
the office as a final site plan. The Planning Department recommends approval.
