[14-302(A)2] Provide a vicinity map for the area showing the location of this parcel. Comment addressed. 2. [14-302(A)14] Provide the acreage of the proposed easement that will be dedicated. The square footage provided for the access easement differs between the area table and the label on the survey drawing. Please revise this amount so that they match. 3. [14-302(A)15] Provide the name and address of the current property owner of the subject parcel. Comment addressed. 4. [14-302(B)1] Provide the number of sheets this plat contains, as well as the date that the revisions to the plat are done. Comment addressed. 5. [14-302(B)5] Include a note with the zoning district for this property, which is HC, Highway Commercial. Also, include a note with the applicable zoning overlay districts, which include "EC, Entrance Corridor," and "Steep Slopes — Managed." Comment addressed. 6. [14-302(B)7] Include a note stating whether this property is in an agricultural -forestal district, as well as a note stating whether this property is in a water supply watershed. Revise note #6 to state that this parcel is not within a water supply watershed. 7. [14-303(A)] Provide a statement of consent to division: "The platting or dedication of the following described land [insert a correct description of the land subdivided] is with the free consent and in accordance with the desire of the undersigned owners, proprietors, and trustees, if any." Comment addressed. 8. [14-303(D)] Provide the acreage of the subject parcel. Comment addressed. 9. [14-303(H)] Provide the location and material of permanent reference monuments. Comment addressed. 10. [14-303(0)] Provide signature panels for each owner of the property. This signature panel must be located immediately below the statement required by comment #6, code section 14-303(A). In addition, provide a signature panel for the Agent of the Board of Supervisors, along with the heading "Approved for Recordation." Comments addressed. 11. [14-303(P)] Provide notary panels for the notary to acknowledge the signature of the property owner(s). Comment addressed. 12. [General Comment] Provide revised copies of the deed to reflect the changes made to the plat. Comment still applies, as the deed will have to reference the final approved version of the plat.
