Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as an adjoining property owner, that
Mr. C. Edward Good, Owner, has made application for variance #VA-77-44
to request a variance of 40 ft. from the west side of the property and a
variance of 20 ft. from the east side of the property; a variance from
Section 7.1-6 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a 10 ft. and 30 ft. side
setback, respectively, on property described as Tax Map 61, Parcel 153A,
Charlottesville Magisterial District. The property is located on the
west side of Route 631, adjoining the Southern Railway.
A public hearing will be held on this application by the Board of
Zoning Appeals on July 12, 1977, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors
Meeting Room, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle County
Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
