Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as an adjoining property owner, that
Mr. W. J. Kirtley, Jr. , Owner, has made application for variance #VA-77-46
to request a variance to be exempt from parking closer than the side of
the building facing the scenic highway or byway and a 20 ft. variance from
visitor parking as required by Section 18-3-7(b) of the Zoning Ordinance on
property described as Tax Map 59-23B-1, Samuel Miller Magisterial District.
The property is located on the north side of Route 250 West, immediately
east of Hillcrest Motors.
A public hearing will be held on this application by the Board of
Zoning Appeals on July 12, 1977, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors
Meeting Room, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle County
Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
