Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as an adjoining property owner, that
Mr. Walker L. Rush, Owner, has made application for variance #VA-77-48
to request a variance of 27 ft. from Section 2-3 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance, front setback, to allow the porch to be 48 ft. from
the right-of-way on property described as County Tax Map 127-56, contain-
ing 4.2 acres, zoned A-1, Samuel Miller District. The property is located
on the east side of Route 715 about 2 miles south of Route 6.
A public hearing will be held on this application by the Board of
Zoning Appeals on August 9, 1977, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors
Meeting Room, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle County
Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
