Moore Tax Map: 90A Parcel 25A Blk B Zoning: R-3 Acreage: .88 acre EXISTING ACTIVITY Proposed Quadriplex ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT ` Category 1: residential developments served by a central sewer system t, and a central water supply shall have a maximum net residential density V of twenty (20) units per acre; provided, however, that the Board of Supervisors may, by special use permit issued pursuant to Section 11- 13 of this ordinance, authorized, in particular cases, residential developments of greater density, not to exceed thirty-four (34) units per acre, upon a finding by the Board that the same will be compatible with the public health, safety, and general welfare and with the character and development of the neighborhood. VARIANCE REQUESTED Applicant requests a variance to allow for a separate septic systems rather than a central system due to the topographic condition of the land. STAFF COMMENT The local Health Department recommends two separate systems and the County Engineer, having reviewed the matter, concurs with the Health Department's opinion. Staff recommends approval.
