VARIANCE REQUESTED Applicant requests a variance to allow for a separate septic systems rather than a central system due to the topographic condition of the land. STAFF COMMENT The local Health Department recommends two separate systems and the County Engineer, having reviewed the matter, concurs with the Health Department's opinion. Staff recommends approval.
