Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as an adjoining property owner, that
A. T. Williams Oil Company, Owner, has made application for variance
#VA-77-50 to request a variance of 25 ft. from Section 7-3 of the Zoning
Ordinance, front- setback, to locate a sign 5 ft. from the right-of-way of
Route 250 East on property described as County Tax Map 78-3, in the Rivanna
Magisterial District. The property is located on the north side of Route
250 East just west of its intersection with Route 20 North.
A pulbic hearing will be held on this application by the Board of
Zoning Appeals on August 9, 1977, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Super-
visors Meeting Room, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle County
Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
