EXISTING ACTIVITY
Single-Family Residence in a Subdivision ( Terrybrook )
ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT
Section 3-3-2 Setbacks: (Side Yard) Side yards shall be a minimum of
twenty (20) feet.
VARIANCE REQUESTED
Applicant is requesting a 3 ft. 9 in. variance from Section 3-3-2 of the
Zoning Ordinance, side yard setback, to allow side setback to be 16 ft.
3 in. Property is located off of Rt. 649, in Terrybrook Subdivision, on
Terrybrook Drive.
STAFF COMMENT
The applicant made application for a building permit (77-155 NR) and the site
plan was approved so as to meet all setbacks. (Site Plan copy attached) The
contractor apparently set the house so as to be off on the side yard
setback for this zone.
If the Board chooses to approve this variance, the staff recommends
no conditions.
