Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you as an adjoining property owner, that Preston
Stallings, Inc. , Owner, has made application for variance #VA-77-52 to request
3 ft. 9 in. variance from Section 3-3-2 of the Zoning Ordinance, side yard set-
back, to allow side setback to be 16 ft. 3 in. on property described as Tax Map
32F, Section 1, Block B, Lot 5, zoned RS-1, Rivanna District. The property is
located off of Rt. 649, in Terrybrook Subdivision, on Terrybrook Drive.
A public hearing will be held on this application by the Board of Zoning
Appeals on August 10, 1977, at 3:00 p.m. , in the County Executive's Meeting Room,
