Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you as an adjoining property owner, that George L.
and Doris J. Hopkins, Owner, has made application for variance VA-77-57 to request
a 75 ft. variance from Section 18-3-1 of Zoning Ordinance, Scenic Highway setback,
to allow dwelling to be 75 ft. from right-of-way of Route 250 on property described
as Tax Map 59B, Block B, Lot 6, zoned A-1, Samuel Miller District. The property
is located in Kearsarge Subdivision which is located off of Rt. 677.
A public hearing will be held on this application by the Board of Zoning
Appeals on August 10, 1977, at 3:00 p.m., in the County Executive's Meeting Room,
Fourth Floor, County Office Building, Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle County Zoning
Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
