Dear Ladies & Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
W. J. Kirtley, property described as Tax Map 59, Parcel 23B(1) , has
made application for VA-77-67 to request clarification or modification
of VA-77-39 which allowed building setback line in the M-1 Zone of the
Route 250 West Scenic Highway to be 76 feet from the edge of the existing
right-of-way. Variance setback granted should allow for all building
uses associated with the M-1 Zone.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
November 9, 1977, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors Meeting
Room, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
