VARIANCE REQUESTED
The applicant seeks a variance of 1 foot and 9 inches from the
sideyard setback requirement to build a chimney. The house
is presently 10 ' from the side yard property line.
ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT
Section 4-5-1 requires a sideyard setback of 10 feet.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS
The adjoining property owner the staff has been told has no
objections to this variance. The Staff recommends approval.
If the Board chooses to approve the variance, the staff
recommends no conditions on the approval.

to his house, located at 202 St. Ives Road, to supplement heating his home
with a Franklin stove.

him the twenty-one inch variance in the zoning code needed.
