the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a variance from the side
yard setback to position a single family residence 16 feet from the
northwest side yard and 33 feet from the southeast side yard.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on

Dear Mr. Hampton:
This is to inform you that on January 10, 1978, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals,
your application for. VA-77-74 was deferred until such time the
Board members could make an on-site inspection of the parcel.
The legal ad will run again February 1 and February 8. All
adjoining property owners will be notified again.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet again on February 14, 1978,
at which time they will make a decision on the application.
