This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Ann Nokes, property described as Tax Map 57, Parcel 49B, has made
application for VA-77-76 to request relief from section 2-3 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a variance of 9 feet from
the front yard setback and relief from section 2-5-1 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a variance of 4 feet from the side
yard setback.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
January 10, 1978, at 2:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisor's Meeting
Room, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville, Virginia.
