meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, it was decided
by the Board that the application of your clients, Mrs. Johanna Conn
and Mrs. Angela Archer, having been deferred at the last meeting, could
not be deferred a second time. Your clients must therefore submit a
new application with the proper signatures to have their appeal heard
