Richard Carter, property described as Tax Map 57, Parcel 41A, has made
application for VA-78-02 to request relief from section 18-3-1 (Scenic
Highway Designation) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow
a variance of 55 feet from the required 150 foot setback to allow
addition to single family dwelling to be 95 feet from the road right-
. of-way.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
February 14, 1978, at 2:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisor's Meeting
Room, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville, Virginia.
