application for VA-78-03 to request relief from section 2-5-1 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a variance of 12 feet from
the side yard setback. Applicant seeks to create separate parcels for
two existing structures, one of which will require a setback variance,
in order to subdivide the land as desired.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
