This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Henry Javor, property described as Tax Map 59, Parcel 23B, has made
application for VA-78-06 to request relief from Article 18, Section
18-3-1 of the County Zoning Ordinance so that any structure permitted
in a B-1 Zone be allowed to be constructed with a 74 foot setback rather
than 150 feet as stated in Section 18-3-1.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
April 11, 1978, at 2:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisor's Meeting Room,
County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville, Virginia.
