Section 15A-4-2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance states :
Identification Signs : Provided: (a) not more than two (2) square
feet in area ; (b) not more than one (1) on any lot or premises .
Staff Recommendation
Unless the applicant can show a demonstrable hardship or other
extraordinary circumstances , the staff recommends denial.
If the Board chooses to approve the variance, the staff recom-
mends no conditions .
