Dear Gentlemen:
This letter is in reference to your variance application seeking
a variance from section 18-3-7 to allow parking within the 50 foot
setback of the scenic highway. This section only applies to a commercial
zone. Therefore, we are returning your check for $20.00. The other
variance requested by you was approved at the meeting of June 13, 1978
with conditions.
