Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
H. Wilson Davis, property described as Tax Map 59B, Parcel 4, has made
application for VA-78-51 to request relief from section 18-3-1 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single family residence to
be 65 feet from Route 250 west; a variance of 85 feet. Applicant also
requests relief from section 2-3 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance
to allow a single family residence to be 50 feet from the right-of-way;
a variance of, 25 feet from the front setback.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
September 12, 1978, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Meeting
Room, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.

12, 1978 , during the regular meeting of the Albemarle
County Board of Zoning Appeals , your applications for
VA-78-51 and VA-78-58 were granted. The first variance ,
VA-78-51 , allows relief from section 18-3-1 to allow a

west, a scenic highway; a variance of 85 feet . The
second variance, VA-78-58, allows relief from section 2-3
to allow a building to be 50 feet from the right-of-way;
