Rio Offices Tax Map: 45H Parcel: 16 Zoned: B-i Existing Activity Office Building Proposed Variance Applicant seeks relief from section 7-3 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a free-standing directory sign to be located on the right-of-way; a variance of 30 feet. Zoning Ordinance Requirement All structures, except signs advertising sale or rent of the property, shall be located thirty (30) feet or more from any street right-of-way.
