This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property
owners , that W. J. Kirtley, Jr. , property described as
Tax Map 59, Parcel 23B1 , zoned M-1 , has made application
for VA-78-61 to request relief from section 18-3-1 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a free-standing
sign to be located 20 feet from the right-of-way; a variance
of 130 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning
Appeals on October 10, 1978, at 3 :00 p.m. , in the Board of
Supervisors ' Meeting Room, County Office Building, Court
Square, Charlottesville, Virginia.

in the Albemarle County Zoning Office, 414 East Market
Street , Charlottesville, Virginia.
