This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that

Zoned M-1, has made application for VA-79-08 to request relief from
section 8-4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a free-
standing sign to be located 7 feet from the right-of-way; a variance
of 43 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
March 13, 1979, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Meeting
Room, Third Floor, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville,
Virginia.

Gentlemen:
This letter is to inform you that on March 13, 1979, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-79-08, requesting relief from section 8-4 of the
County Ordinance to allow a free-standing sign to be located 7 feet
from the right-of-way, was deferred to allow the Board members an
opportunity to view the site.
