Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-79-10 & VA-79-11
Dear Mr. McLean:
This letter is to inform you that on April 10, 1979, during the •
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
applications for VA-79-10 and VA-79-11 were approved. You will need
to apply for the sign permits.
This variance allows relief from section 8-4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance allowing a free-standing business sign to be
located next to the right-of-way; a variance of 50 feet. Relief was
also granted from section 15A-7-4 to allow a directional sign to be
14 square feet; a variance of 8 square feet and located 30 feet from
the right-of-way; a variance of 20 feet.

Dear Mr. McLean:
This letter is to inform you that on April 10, 1979, during the

1. Landscape emplaced as approved by the Zoning Administrator
and the Planning Department Staff.
