Subject: SUB201900062 — Collier— Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by
the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] If
no action is taken within 6 months of receiving these review comments, the application will be deemed
withdrawn.
1. [14-302(A)(9)] Building site. Based on Albemarle County's GIS, TMP 8-8A does contain a building
site. Please revise Note 8 on Sheet 1 to indicate both lots contain a building site.
2. [14-303(0)] Owners' signature panels. Please revise the signature panel for Kenneth Earl Morris
to indicate an approved signatory to sign on behalf of the deceased owner.
