[14-302(A)3] Revise the name of the road to "Dick Woods Road." 2. [14-302(A)4; 14-302(A)61 Is there a private street or some other type of shared access easement that serves TMP 69-20B1, as there appears to be a driveway that crosses TMP69-20 to access that parcel? If there is, show this easement on the plat and include the deed book and page number establishing that easement. 3. [14-302(A)5; 14-302(A)141 Who are the proposed easements being dedicated to? If the easements are proposed to be dedicated to the County, the easements need to be labelled as "dedicated to public use." 4. [14-302(A)15] Provide an address for each owner of record for the subject properties of this plat. 5. [14-302(B)1] The index on sheet 1 identifies sheet 3 as having a "0.386 acres easement." However, there is no easement of such a size on sheet 3, and the sum of the three easements shown does not equal 0.386 acres. Revise to the correct acreage amount. 6. [14-302(B)7] Revise note #4 to state that this property is not within an "agricultural -forestal district." 7. [14-303(D)] Provide the acreage of each of the two existing parcels that are a part of this plat, TMP69-20 and TMP 69-20B. 8. [14-303(E)] The road near the proposed SWM facility easement is labelled as having a 30' easement. Is this a private easement, public easement, prescriptive easement, etc.? Revise the label, and if applicable, include the deed book and page number for this easement.
