Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
John H. Pratt-Hatfield Farms, property described as Tax Map 8, Parcel
35B, has made application for VA-79-13 to request relief from section
2-2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow two single-family
dwellings to be located on a lot containing 2.254 acres.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
April 10, 1979, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisor' Meeting Room,
Third Floor, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville,
