Dear Mr. Davis:
This office and the Zoning Administrator shall seek to appeal
to the County Circuit Court the Board of Zoning Appeals' granting of
the variance for which you applied last month.
The County Attorney's office has been requested to seek the writ
of review in the Circuit Court. A copy of this letter is being sent
to your attorney. I wish to inform you that this was a difficult
decision, but the error was self-imposed by your contractor and the
County Zoning Administrator has a duty to appeal the granting of this
particular variance in view of the Zoning Ordinance and your innocent .1
neighbor.
