The County Attorney's office has been requested to seek the writ of review in the Circuit Court. A copy of this letter is being sent to your attorney. I wish to inform you that this was a difficult decision, but the error was self-imposed by your contractor and the County Zoning Administrator has a duty to appeal the granting of this particular variance in view of the Zoning Ordinance and your innocent .1 neighbor.
