Presently, you are occupying the house with a temporary certificate of occupancy. The County will not now prosecute you for this violation in order to allow you time to work out the violation with your neighbor. If you can work out an agreement with 'your neighbor to abate the violation, then there would be no need for another variance application. Therefore; any-oansideration to prosecute this violation will be put off until!March 26, 1979, which is also the deadline for filing a variance application for the April Board of Zoning Appeals agenda.
