Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Salasco Corporation, property described as Tax Map 61, Parcel 27A &
36A (pt.of) , has made application for VA-79-18 to request relief from
section 5-5-2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a
single-family dwelling to be 13 feet from the rear property line; a
variance of 22 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
May 8, 1979, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Meeting Room,
Third Floor, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
