Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Mr. & Mrs. Cameron Judge, property described as Tax Map 42, Parcel 51
(part thereof) , Zoned A-1, has made application for VA-79-19, to request
relief from section 2-3 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to
allow a single-family dwelling to be located 67 feet from the property
line; a variance of 8 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
May 8, 1979, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Meeting Room,
Third Floor, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
