Dear Mr. Dominick:
This letter is to inform you that on July 11, 1978, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-78-34 was granted with conditions.
The conditions set are that your present non-conforming business
sign of 405 square feet, a free-standing sign, be reduced to 318 square
feet on relocation to the old Jim Price Chevrolet lot. If these signs
are replaced or restored in exceedence of 50% of the appraised value,
you will be required to conform to the ordinance. If any one of the
several signs is replaced, it shall not exceed the existing size of the
individual sign and if such proposed replacement is to exceed 50% of the
appraised value of that sign, the sign shall not be allowed unless the
entire advertisement meets the ordinance.
If you should have any questions, please contact the Zoning Office.
Respectfully,
•
