Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Floyd R. Shifflett, property described as Tax Map 32, Parcel 29(N)2,
Zoned A-1, has made application for VA-79-23, to allow someone other
than a lineal relative to live in a mobile home and to be allowed, if
necessary, to rent the same. Section 11-14-2(6) states no rental is
to be made of the mobile home, the same to be occupied by the owner
of the land on which it is located or by his lineal relative or bona
fide agricultural employee.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
June 12, 1979, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Meeting Room,
Third Floor, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
