Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter if to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Herman Stargell, property described as Tax Map 119, Parcel 28, Zoned A-1,
has made application for VA-79-24, to request relief from section 2-3 of
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow the addition of a porch
to be 60 feet from the right-of-way, a variance of 15 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
June 12, 1979, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Meeting Room,
Third Floor, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
