Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter if to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Bessie J. Ross and Bennington Woods, Inc. , have made application for
VA-79-25, requesting relief from section 4-2-2 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance to allow a dwelling to be on a lot of less than 40,000
square feet in order to correct structure encroachment over existing
property lines. Subdivision approval is reserved for the County Planning
Commission.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
June 12, 1979, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Meeting Room,
Third Floor, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
