Catherine Krouse & Douglas Tapscott Tax Map: 130A2 Parcels: 93A & 93 Zoned: A-1 Existing Activity Two single-family dwellings Proposed Variance The applicant requests relief from section 2-2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow the lot line to be changed. Both lots are non- conforming lots. The change would enlarge Parcel 93A and place the line near a drainage ditch on Parcel 93, approximately 3 feet from the ditch.
