Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-79-32
Dear Mr. Gibson:
This letter is to inform you that on August 14, 1979, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals,
Application VA-79-32 was granted on the condition that the variance
be in accordance with the evidence presented to the Board concerning
additional signs. There will be only four free-standing signs for
the entire shopping center, one free-standing pylon sign not to
exceed 49 square feet and three entrance signs not to exceed 25
square feet each.
The variance approved for J. C. Penney Properties, Inc. allows
five wall signs having a total aggregate area of 560 square feet.
