Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Elmer Perry, Jr. , property described as Tax Map 7(N(2) , Parcel A, Zoned
A-1, has made application for VA-79-35 requesting relief from section
2-3 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a garage/workshop
to be located 23 feet from the property line; a variance of 52 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
July 10, 1979, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Meeting Room,
Third Floor, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville, VA.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
