Dear Mr. Perry:
This letter is to inform you that during the regular meeting of
the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for
VA-79-35 was denied.
Your variance request was to allow a garage/workshop to be located
23 feet from the property line; a variance of 52 feet. However, the
garage can be placed in line with the existing house and meet the required
75 foot setback.
