Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
James M. Kauffman, property described as Tax Map 32D, Parcel A21,
Zoned R-1, has made application for VA-79-36 requesting; relief from
section 4-5-1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow an
addition to be within 6' 10" of the side property line; a variance
of 3' 2".
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
July 10, 1979, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Meeting Room,
Third Floor, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville, VA.
