Both lots are non-conforming. The property of parcel 87A would be close to the size of parcel 87 after the line change. Zoning Ordinance Requirements Residential developments served by either a central sewer system or a central water supply shall provide a minimum area of forty (40,000) square feet per dwelling unit.
