Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
John Anderson and Luther C. Kent, property described as Tax Map 56A1,
Parcels 37 & 87A, Zoned R-2, has made application for VA-79-37 requesting
relief from. section 5-2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow
a property line to be changed. Both lots are non-conforming. Parcel 87A
would be close to the size of 87 after the change.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
July 10, 1979, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Meeting Room,
Third Floor, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville, VA.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlottesville, Virginia.
