Melvin T. Dixon, property described as Tax Map 61, Parcel 153A, zoned CO,
has made application for VA-79-43 requesting relief from section 7-1-6(a)
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow the side setback on
the west side of the parcel to be 10 feet; a variance of 40 feet, and a

side setback on the east side of 30 feet; a variance of 20 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
August 14, 1979, at 3:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Meeting
Room, Third Floor, County Office Building, Court Square, Charlottesville,
VA.
