Zoning Ordinance Requirements Accessory uses as defined; however, garages and other accessory structures such as carports, porches, and stoops attached to the main building shall be considered part of the main building. No accessary building may be closer than five (5) feet to any property line. Staff Recommendations Staff feels there is plenty of space on the parcel to locate the structure and conform to the ordinance.
